How soon did you drop baby weight after a late term miscarriage?

I lost my baby at 18 weeks exactly a week ago and I am now back at my pre pregnancy weight. Is it normal to go back that fast?

I think it just depends on how much you gained during the pregnancy. If it was just a few pounds then maybe yeah.. If it was 20+ it’d be harder to lose that quickly.. sorry for your loss
