Happy(?) Friday

Scene: Stairwell. There is a humidifier on the stairs waiting to be cleaned.

Plot: You stand at the top of the stairs and watch in horror, mouth dropped, as you drop a can of strawberry sparkling water and watch it bounce it the steps. It hits the humidifier, puncturing it's thin lining. It immediately spills and sprays water...the stair carpets, the stairwell walls, the hallway carpet, the living room carpet, the living room walls, the couch, the end table, the lamp....the ceiling. You finally do a walk of shame down the steps, not being able to look, but feeling the dampness in your socks with every step. You grab the can...and not to your surprise, empty. It's already 8am...and you start wiping down walls quickly with vinegar water, the sweat dripping down your face. You gasp as you turn on the light, realizing it's worse than you thought. You give up and have to sit at work knowing there is strawberry stickiness all over the house...strawberry water soaking into the carpet.
