almost 34 weeks. cramping all day with back pain yesterday and OB didnt seem too concerned. noticed a tiny amount of pink on my pantiliner, havent had anymore since then though. havent had sex or anything in months 😂 so thats not the cause. but now im getting a lot of watery fluid, to the point of soaking through a pantiliner to my underwear, and the cramping hasnt stopped

I personally would go in and be checked, because those were the symptoms I had when my son was born at 34 weeks and my doctor also wasn’t concerned. If you go in and it’s nothing, it won’t hurt anything, but if your water has broken and you let it go- baby could be born very sick.

You don't always "lose" you mucus plug when your water breaks. And all I've been told is if there's leakage that's pinkish, that's probably amniotic fluid and if it is and you wait too long you could be at risk of having a "dry birth" and that wouldn't be good. I'd go get checked, and like that other person said. if it's nothing, now you know.

Could be intense Braxton Hicks contractions (false labor) and you’re about the time that you COULD start losing your mucus plug , hence the blood tint in your panty liner. The wetness could be a lot of general discharge to help keep out infections from entering your cervix. 
If your cramps turn into more contraction feeling (you’ll def know the difference) time them for a couple hours and let your OBG know. Try laying on your left side, they should ease up.
