Hcg levels

Hi ladies, i went in last Friday for blood work following a positive pregnancy test and the HCG was 62.3. Went in yesterday for 2nd blood work and just called in for my results and the HCG is at 259. She told me 3 things, could be early pregnancy, could be miscarriage, could be ectopic.... based on my LMP i am 4 weeks and 2 days today. Do the HCG numbers look good for how far along I am? This will be my 3rd baby but 5th pregnancy. I have an appointment on Monday to meet the Dr, and she wants me back in next Thursday for another blood test.
