nuchal translucency scan at 12 weeks 6 days

I had the ultrasound scan today as part of the nipt testing for the first trimester. I had the blood work done at 10 weeks 3 days and the results all came back negative. Well today when they did the measurements for the back of the neck they have a cut off at 2.3 mm and my daughter's measured 2.4mm. they said there's a chance it could be something with her heart so at 20 and 22 weeks they will do an in-depth ultrasound to look at her heart

has anyone had any similar situations?
