Boyfriend of 3 years hasn’t proposed yet

So here’s what’s bothering me lately, my boyfriend of 3 years has not proposed or even hinted that he’s thinking about it yet. We’ve been living together for about 2 years now and we have been trying for a baby. I’ve been thinking more and more about the situation. I am kinda hurt, this man will have a child with me but he doesn’t want to marry me unless we found out I’m pregnant- which would absolutely be a blessing because I have PCOS so it’s not as easy as I’d like. My cousin who’s a total introvert starting dating his SO a little after my bf and I got together and now he’s engaged and they’ve already set a date for the wedding! I know I can’t compare my relationship to other people’s and I feel like saying something but then again I feel like he should want to propose to me/ marry me on his own. I don’t want him to marry me just because I said something. He proposed to his last gf.... Any suggestions?
