Leg Massage 6 Weeks Pregnant?

For the last few days I’ve had awful leg cramps, they’ve kept me up for 2 nights and I’m shattered. I’m 6 weeks pregnant and wondered if it was OK to use a massage back machine on the backs of my calves?

A massage is fine but I would definitely add some more potassium to your diet to help with the leg cramps.

Yes as long as it’s not laser, but the most likely cause of it is dehydration. Drink tons of water and bananas also help leg cramps apparently also

I have felt really thirsty the last few days so have increased my water intake but I’m still thirsty so obviously not drinking enough, and I can’t remember the last time I had a banana! So I’ll get on with both of those! Thank you so much for your advice 😘
