am i pregnant?

hey guyssss. i’ve been on the pill for about 3 months now. but lately i’ve been really care free and lazy about taking them st exactly 7:00 pm. i take them at different times every night. well i was supposed to start my period 7 days ago, but yesterday i had a little bit of brown ish discharge that only came when i wiped. and now it’s not there. and i’m still not bleeding or on my period. could i be pregnant?
