3 days late

So I’ve been on depo for 5 years. I got my first period back not even a month after I missed my shot date. Had pretty regular periods sense then, but now I’m 3 days late and I took 1 test and it said negative. How much longer do I wait to take another one? I work in a labor job that requires me to lift more than I weigh and throw it into a trailer....I’m scared that I might be pregnant and miscarry because of my job...can anyone reassure me that I’m over thinking?
