Implantation or imagination 🤷🏼‍♀️

Hi ladies. Ive been TTC now for around 7 years. glow app says I ovulated between 10&15th March.... on 21st March I had faint pink when I wiped. It lasted all day when I pee’d some on 22nd and a little bit on 23rd... I have some mild cramps but nothing like normal period , I’ve also never had pink before. Normal have AF straight away never have a build up or warning of AF coming. So I’m really confused.

I did a test today and it was a negative but I’m assuming it’s far too early...! We also used preseed for the first time this month too... Any advice would be gratefully appreciated.
