advice please?😔

So I found out I was pregnant in May and was super excited...I miscarried a few weeks ago and I'm so HURT😢...I'm still trying to recover but it's been so hard for me because I really wanted to have my baby...and to top it off my older sister is now pregnant.  I'm happy for her but at the same time hurt. It's just so messed up because now I have to watch her have her child & mines didn't make it. It's like I'm being punished.😢😢😢
I just hate my life right now! I'm reaching out to you all because I really don't have a lot of people to talk to. I just want to know if anyone has ever had a miscarriage and how did you recover? I've been feeling so down lately...Just need answers/advice...

I've had 4 in a two year time span. As well as my boyfriend's royal bitch of a sister is now pregnant. I had a miscarriage back in April. So I totally get what you're saying and feeling. My only advice I can give you is; take your time with healing. If you wanna lay in bed and cry, you lay in bed in cry. If you're bitter, be bitter. If you feel like you need to be to yourself, be to yourself. The process is all in your hands. And when you're ready to try again should you want to, you do it when you're ready. Keep positive, find things to do to keep busy during your day once you're up to doing so. I've learned with all of mine, that it never gets easier, but it never means I should give up and lose hope. My angel babies wouldn't want me to be so wrecked to where I can't live my life. As for your sister. If you need to, just distance yourself for a little if it hits you hard. If she asks you why, you explain to her. If she says that's selfish, simply remind her you miscarried and you're trying to heal and cope. I wish I could distance. But my SO seems to get on my case bout ir when his sister comes over, which is everyday... So I just ignore her and get on glow. It helps. Because I AM still sensitive about my recent miscarriage. Sometimes in our cases. Being "selfish" is the only way we can work on ourselves, ya know? Either people understand or they don't. Either way, you do what you can until you're able to be okay again. Never let anyone have an effect on your healing and coping time. That's yours. And you deserve to take as much time as you need.
Never lose hope! TRY to stay positive, love. I'll be thinking of you and a safe and easy recovery from all this.

I had a miscarriage it was hard even harder cause at the time I was 20 and my now husband panicked and didn't want it cause he was trying to make them proud so I went though a lot then lost it and it was real hard till this day now we are married life is good only problem is still no baby and he wants one as bad as me also my younger sister got pregnant then misscarried and then a couple months later pregnant again and had a boy that was hard to deal with even though I love that baby but I have learned to keep positive and strong and not give up and hopefully it will happen soon enough. Everyone Is Different After A Few Months You Maybe Able To Get Pregnant Again Good Luck And Stay Strong.  Ttc for 3 years

Well I was in the same boat I have had 3 and s blited ovum my friend was prdgnNt same time as me and I had miscarriage it's really tough to be around it you just have to have faith having a miscarriage doesn't mean you will not get pregnant and have a healthy baby a friend of a friend had 11 miscarriages and then healthy baby hang  in there keep faith it will happen I am still trying I'm 43!!!

I had a chemical last month and I'm just staying positive and praying for our rainbow baby this cycle,  keep your head up and keep trying
