Subchorionic Hemorrhage

I'm 5 weeks & 2 days.. I went to ER for some cramps & did an utrasound & they found that i have subchorionic hemorrhage / subchorionic bleeding.. Dr said i might have some spotting (which i haven't yet & hopefully not) & he said its ok during 1st trimester.. but after reading what exactly it i freaked out does is anyone else going or has gone through this before.. this is my 2 pregnancy & with my son which he's turning 9 i didn't experience this..
