Heart palpitations ?

Anyone who suffers from this and how can I control my heart beating to fast and mostly at night ????

Get it checked out if you haven't. I have SVT but am not on anything. No caffeine or chocolate after 5pm. meditation helps too. My reseting heart rate is around 105.

Go to a cardiologist. I have something called long QT. I’m on beta blockers they work well for me.

I have SVTs so I'm very familiar with heart palpitations.. I do take heart meds and beta blockers and had 6 ablations in the past with no success.. What kind of helps me is taking deep breaths in and out very calmly but feel the breath in your chest. Also try sleeping with an extra pillow and on your right side.. Drink lots of water and try your best to be calm try not to get worked up because it makes it worse.. I'm so sorry your going through this, I really hope you feel better soon but you still should see a Dr. and get a Heart EKG and further tests if needed.. Good Luck.

Don’t eat too close to bedtime and then lie down, the feeling of fullness can make it worse.
Look up breathing exercises.
