scarey!!

So Jan 2018 i miscarried at 7weeks and come February i conceive 😑 i'm around 6weeks if that haven't seen a midwife as of yet BUT i am so scared due to having a scan in jan an being told the baby had passed completely an no d&c; was needed, my boyfriend came home today with a cute baby grow sayin "i love mummy" as cute as it is... is it to early to even be buying little clothes? am i being stupid right now for being so scared 😢 anyone else in the same boat as me?
