I was was scheduled for an induction due to high bp and blood clotting problems. After starting cervidil, my contractions became so intense and so close together I thought for sure it wouldn’t take long! Unfortunately I only went from 2cm to 3cm after intense contractions consistently for 6 hours... and then the cervidil fell out🤨 unfortunately, baby girl wasn’t tolerating labor at all and her heart rate bottomed out with each contraction. So, at 5:45am my doctor decided we needed to do a c-section and she was born at 6:57am! A healthy 8lb 13oz girl with her daddy’s nose :)
