many of you probably don't know what santeria is I believe it's called witch craft in English. well, my husband practices it i come from a Catholic family but my husband and all his family are santeros. my mother in law is in Cuba she hasn't physically seen my husband since he was 14 although they talk almost every day but literally for like 5 minutes just to ask each other how they are . my husband doesn't talk anything personal to her, mind you he did 10 years in jail and ended up telling her because she found out by a family memeber.. point is she randomly blows up my husbands phone today (which never happens) and when he answers she asks him if I was pregnant he says yes then she asks how many weeks I am he says about 2 months and she says tell her to take care of herself and to not get mad or angry because it's going to cause a miscarriage, I've only talked to my mother in law a couple of times over the phone and have never seen her in person but my husband tells me that he remembers when he was little in Cuba a babalao (priest in the religion) came to the house and told his mom enjoy your son now because you won't have him for much time he says she started crying and the babalao told her don't cry he's going to live a long life just not at your side , which ended up being true because he came to the United States at 14 years old and they've never seen each other again he's 37 so now I'm freaking out and don't know what to do all I do all day is make. sure my house is clean and cook for me and my husband and lay down and watch TV I don't know what I can actually do to prevent a miscarriage I don't physically do anything that can cause a miscarriage. if anyone on her is a santera can you please give me some advice you don't even need to be santera I just need advice please . I forgot to add that once she told him about me possibly miscarriage she told him to go to the doctors to check if he's ok health wise and a couple of days ago my husbands chest was hurting and we were going to go to the hospital but last minute he says he felt fine and that it was nothing serious ( but wow what a coincidence she got two things right 1.im pregnant 2. he didn't feel well the other day)
