6.5 weeks

I’m starting to worry I woke up this morning and my breasts weren’t sore anymore they were so sore since befor me my missed period that and tiredness was my only symptom. In Jan my baby stopped growing at 6.5 weeks and my boobs stopped being sore too. Has this happened to anyone else so scared of losing this baby too
