irregular periods

Has anyone went from perfectly normal cycles to messed up ones? After being so excited to try the syringe method this cycle I wondered why I wasn't getting positive OPKS. well on CD 19, I get my period. 🙄 I'm guessing I need to go to the doctor and get my hormones levels checked but wondered if anyone had this happen and what was your cause? Here's a pic of the last two years cycle lengths. Even 2016 was weird for me some months. My cycles usually last 30/32 days. This past years are so messed up idk what to think. 😭 I've never had irregular periods.
