You don’t, I have a gag reflex as well, some days its better than others but My Fiancé and I have talked and have an understanding that I have a bad gag reflex. We deep throat on MY terms, when I want to. If you can’t deep throat at all then you can’t, nothing to beat yourself up over. Any sexual anything should be a comfortable trusted situation. 
Personally I can’t stand cum. That makes me gag cause its nasty and warm and slimy and its in my mouth and just blech.
