Ectopic pregnancy question??

So, I recently went through an early miscarriage at 5 weeks. It freaked me out because I was having cramps on both sides, but mainly my right side. Anyways, I bled for the last 4 days and now my pregnancy tests are all negative. I have a follow up appt with my OBGYN next week, but I’m scared that it is an ectopic pregnancy because I’m just a hypochondriac.

Did you bleed and get a negative pregnancy test with an ectopic?? It went from positive tests to negative and then I started bleeding.

But I have been having joint pain a little in my arms and knees. Not bad, but it’s sore.

So my question is: is it possible to go from strong positives to completely negative tests, and then bleed, but it’s still an ectopic? Or was it just an early miscarriage? After I read about pelvic pain mainly on your right side Being a sign of an ectopic, I started getting nervous lol
