Possibly pregnant?

Hi everyone, I am currently not trying to conceive, but I have been having unprotected sex with my partner for the past 2 years. I always knew there could be a possibility. I have never had a 28 day cycle. My cycles are always between 35-38 days but never more than 38. This is day 46. My last period was Feb.7. I tested at day 40 and at day 44. Both were negative. I have been having nausea and a lot of diarrhea (not sure if that is a sign, but it's more than usual) I have also had some clear stretchy discharge. Like the kind you would get at ovulation time. I had this discharge last month also, and has just appeared again. When my period was suppose to come I would just get cramps and think AF was about to be here but never came. I am still having some cramps. Can I still be pregnant?
