Has anyone gotten a BFP after getting their thyroid levels regulated?

Just curious, my TSH was at 7.4 before getting put on synthroid 2 months ago.. waiting for blood results to see if it’s working. Any success stories out there? It’s been 10 months and I need hope..

I am not sure what number my levels were exactly. But, I went to the Dr. right before I got pregnant for a repeat Pap smear and to get blood work results. My doctor said your levels are just about perfect now (after starting me on a different dose of levothroxine) and she was able to tell I was ovulating during my pelvic exam (EWCM and cervical position). I had been diagnosed with hypothyroidism since I was 21 (was 26 at the time) and was having to mess with my dosage levels until they leveled out. So, that was end of July and I found out I was pregnant on August 18th! I now have a beautiful almost 2 year old baby boy! Just keep making sure your thyroid is in the right zones and when you do get pregnant keep a close eye on them as well, you may even have to push the doctor to check them when you want them checked, at least I did, but do it! It’s very important during pregnancy!! Good luck and baby dust!! ❤️❤️❤️

Yes! I had been trying for about 5 months and I was anxious to see a specialist who found my TSH was over 5. Took a few months and an adjustment on the meds to get it down, but once we did I got my BFP and I’m currently 15w4d!  I think I was on the low dose for like 2 months then we re-tested my blood and upped the dose and two months later I was pregnant! Sending baby dust your way!

I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism, my levels were 5.3 I think. I wasn't trying to concieve at the time but I was put on synthriod. I started trying a couple months later and levels regulated, staying at around 1.5. I'm 37 weeks pregnant now and get checked every 4 weeks and it hasn't gone up.

Hi! I had Graves’ disease and took the radio-iodine pill December. Our good to go to start trying date is April. It doesn’t mean my thyroid is regulated yet. Once your thyroid is regulated you should have no problems! Be patient. I know it’s hard. Trust me, we’ve been trying for two years and didn’t know my thyroid was messed up until six months ago. It’ll be okay.
