Pcos help?

Okay so this will be kind of lengthy. So at 18 years old I went to the doctors because after being off and on the pill for 4 years during high school i stopped taking it , I had no periods for about 6 months they gave me an ultrasound and my ovaries were full of cyst , she said I had pcos. Fast forward to now I went to another doctor here to give me medicine and she put me on metformin 1000 mg a day I’ve 3 periods since I’ve been on it but suddenly I haven’t had a period in 3 months . When I went there to be put on medicine she also tested my hormones to make sure I didn’t have thyroid problems and everything came back normal but my testosterone was slightly high. Here are my questions

1- I’m not overweight, my acne isn’t unmanageable I only have the irregular periods and cyst, what type of pcos would this fall under?

2- any idea what medicine my doctor may try next or if she will just up my dosage?

3- any advice or things that helped you conceive ? (Husband and I have been married since I was 17 , he’s a marine about to be 21 and I’m about to be 20 , have a house and payed off cars we feel this is the right time )
