how can you tell if someone's father material? Like what are the sign that they are and arent?

First figure out if they’re partner material. Whether you marry the person or not, you’d have to be parent partners. 
Can the person be trusted?
Do they show you respect?
Are they willing to work hard?
Are they mature?
If you can’t answer those questions - don’t feel the answer in your heart - don’t even think of bring a baby into the world.

2. How does he treat people who are weaker than him?
3. How does he treat YOU when you’re sick or being difficult?
4. Is he patient and understanding?
5. How’s his temper? 
6. How does he view parental roles? (I feel is especially important bc I’ve seen too many young guys lately refer to taking care of their own children as ‘having to babysit’. Like no, it’s not babysitting if it’s your child that’s called being a parent.)
