Leg pain from femara?

I am having INTENSE muscle pain. It’s hard to explain but just feels like my muscles are very crampy/fatigued feeling and this deep throbbing. Has anybody ever had this as a side effect from femara? This is my second cycle taking 7.5mg for five days. Just curious if that might be the cause.

I had some joint pain, but mostly fatigued. Only done one cycle so far.

I have joint pains on Femara! My hands/feet/ankles are always super sore!

Both. I did just have surgery Thursday so I’m def keeping an eye out for clots but it actually did this the other day (before my surgery) two days after I started my round of femara. Kind of crampy leg muscles. It’s just WAY worse today. Since it’s in both legs I feel like blood clot isn’t the issue but I’ll still keep an eye for that
