Should I tell my mom ?

I’m 16 yr old girl, and I’ve been having sex with my boyfriend since October 2017, and still am now . Should I tell my mom about it ??? She does NOT want me having sex, but I still would wanna just let her know in a way

If you have a good relationship with her, I would. When I told my mom she wasn’t happy; however, she took me to a obgyn and helped me look into birth control options...I’m not saying she was condoning it by any means, but her words to me were “I can sit here and tell you all day long not to have sex and to not be with your boyfriend...but, I’m not stupid. I know you will. So, the least I can do is educate you and help you get on birth control, because you are no where near ready to have a baby.” I was also 16. Granted I have only ever been with the one boyfriend I lost my virginity to and then after we broke up it was a long time before I had sex again...and that was my senior year of high school when I met a guy, who is now my husband of 10 years. We have been together for 12 years. I didn’t take sex lightly and I didn’t have sex with just anyone. But, I always respected my mother for helping me and educating me.
I am not saying that’s how your mom will handle the situation, but I know that if my daughters ever came to me and expressed wanting to become sexually active/thinking about having sex/are sexually active; I’m going to do everything necessary To make sure they are educated and protected...I’d rather them come to me and tell me VS me finding out some other way...I’d like to think they’re relationship with me means more to them than me finding out some other way. I like honesty and I like when others are honest with me.

I don’t think it’s necessary to tell her. My mum found out by accident (going through my whole room to find loose change lol) but she said that I didn’t have to tell her. 
And if she doesn’t want you to do that then maybe telling her would just make her angry.

your mom has wisdom, being open with her will only help you in the long run. I'm sure it's going to be uncomfortable  but in my opinion it's necessary

tell her its best not to keep it she might tell you something that u may need to know/hear from her maybe something positive. I talk to my mom in told her she wasn't mad.
