No. We’re used to it as a society but when you take that away and think of the actual act - it’s cutting off a body part because we think it’s cleaner. That seems barbaric to me. Some societies think it’s cleaner to cut off female parts too.

Yes because I know two men, one of them being my father in law,  that have had to get it done later in life and they both said it was the most painful thing and a very long recovery. Both of there procedures were not due to lack of hygiene.

No-I will allow my sons to decide what is done with their genitals when they are old enough to have an opinion. And if they opt for circumcision they can have sedation, not be mutilated without pain management.

Thanks for everyone’s opinions. I myself did not do it to any of my 3 boys. But I was reading a post on Facebook and some of the “women” were on there calling mothers who don’t “disgusting” and all types of other nonsense. I just didn’t see how ones opinion to not make their child endure pain for NOO apparent reason was disgusting. Lol. I just think you have to clean your child properly until they become the age and then you teach them how to keep it clean themselves. Explain to them the health reasons behind keeping it clean and then there will be no problems or reason to be circumcised and go through that type of pain.
