Nipple Pain after 3 weeks

Ok, I can't take it anymore! My nips are killing me. They are bright pink and are starting to look like they have blisters! I don't know what to do. My baby eats all the time because he is going through a growth spurt, and I can't take all the pain it causes me to feed him! Help me! What do I do!?
