PG with no trigger shot?

Hi everyone 
Has anyone gotten pregnant without the trigger shot? I'm on 5mg Femara second month. I'm on TWW ATM.

i always got the trigger. didnt wait to see if id O on my own but i never ovulated before i got the trigger even when my follicles were 22mm pre trigger. id advice to go for the trigger to be sure
