4 cm dilated...
I had an appointment with my midwife this morning - I am 4 cm dilated, but haven't really had any co tractions yet (just what I thought was BH).
My midwife did a membrane sweep, and I was sent home. I am now waiting rather impatiently for labour to start.
Still no pain from though, but I do feel the odd contraction.
