Sore breasts? Help!

I'm not sure why but my boobs have been sore for almost 2 weeks now? like whenever I lean against something or when I touch them they feel sore 😭 they have never felt like this before! any suggestions as to why they would feel like this?

Could you be pregnant? This was the main symptom that told me I was. My boobs would get sore sometimes near my cycle but pregnant sore is completely different.

Before I found out I was pregnant my boobs was so sore, my other half could just brush past them and it hurt
