Cant orgasm and barely feel pleasure8

So ive been having sex with my boyfriend lately and every single time i dont orgasm and frankly im barely feeling pleasure, we have tried many positions and different tecniques but nothing, heck i dont even notice a difference if he has a condom or not.

is this normal i dont want him to think hes doing anything wrong, because even before, when i masturbated i couldnt orgasm either.

Frankly i feel like a failure just because of it(due to this he refuses to orgasm just out of pity, so i dont feel alone on it)
