Anyone know what this is????

I pulled this out of my pubic hair and i’m not really sure what it is. I think it’s too big to be pubic lice but i’m not sure. i’ve never had it.

Looks like a swollen or infected oil gland. They’re attached to some hairs in the follicle. Did it bleed when you pulled it out?
