I’ve noticed my toes hurt but could never find where. Got out the shower and seen this. What is it

It’s from the toenail of the toe next to it. It’s a common, minor injury in runners but it ca happen to anyone. Clip up those toes and file them you’ll be fine

Just looks like a blister from your foot running against your shoe or something.
