About to start 1st Clomid round... What can I expect?

I am on my 7th day of Provera... Still no af! Once af starts I am to start my Clomid on the 3rd day. Once I start the Clomid I have to go for a ultrasound to find a good follicle and to get a HcG shot to force ovulation. What can I expect from the Clomid and HcG as far as side effects?

Hot flashes!!!! Headaches & mild nausea. It's not terrible. Good luck!

I just did my first round of clomid. Found out I didn't ovulate this month either. My progesterone was only at 3.0 when they tested me. They bumped me up to 100 mg this round. Praying it works! And progesterone just made me really really tired and a bit dizzy...

Clomid = hot flashes! Higher bbt temps. Maybe moodiness. 
​Hcg shot = massive pregnancy symptoms. Sadly :( Don't read into them! You will even get a positive test if you test when the shot is still in your system. I've heard it takes about 7 days to clear out. And If they put you on progesterone pills after the shot, expect more pregnancy symptoms. 
​I got so excited with my symptoms last cycle and then was let down :(

I'm starting provera in a few days then chlomid to follow. Kind of excited !!!

Hi! I did my first round of clomid this month and am in the two week wait now. I actually did not have got flashes at all. I had moodiness and cramps, especially on ovulation day but I had 3 eggs release. I didn't have to do the trigger shot but my experience with clomid isn't as scary as I was anticipating.
