Early MC

Hello! I just had an early MC last week. I had it the same week of my missed period. I tested positive on multiple tests, but started to bleed. I went in for blood work and my numbers were very low and my OB told me that I was losing the pregnancy. I have now been bleeding for a week with no end in sight and I am also still having very strong pregnancy symptoms. Had anyone gone through this? I am wondering what I can expect for my next cycle? I just want to try again as soon as I can.  Also, because it was so early my OB said no need to wait before trying, I am just wondering when I will ovulate again? Thanks for advice from those who have had a similar situation.
