Home Remedies for Inducing Labor?

I'm looking into remedies to help kick start my labor. I've read about having sex, eating pineapple, drinking castor oil and using evening primrose oil. Has anyone tried any of these? What was most effective? Any tips or different suggestions?

do not drink any oil my gf did and baby died during labour .... may have been the oil may have not but ide say oil 😔

Nothing works. When the baby is ready it’ll happen. I tried everythinggg except castor oil and it just doesn’t work. It’s all coincidence if it did “ work” for

My Midwife said nothing actually works, because then they’d never need to medically induce anyone. 
That being said if you’re in early stages there are things that can speed it up. EEG bouncing on a fit ball because the baby’s head putting pressure on your cervix helps dilate and efface it.
