Okay mamas, I’ve finally built up the courage to go file for child support. The father of my child sees him ONCE a week for 8 hours while I work that specific shift, refuses to help out otherwise, has bought 2 boxes of diapers, one can of formula, and a 3 pack of bottles and THAT IS IT, during the whole pregnancy and now almost 4 months of my sons life. I’ve always been scared to piss him off by going after him for support but I’m done. I NEED him to help more than he is especially if him not watching my son is effecting me working therefor my income.

I live in the state of GA. What do we know? We aren’t married but he is legitimized and on his birth certificate!

What do I need And What can anyone tell me about it?
