Today I'm 39w&5d, I had my routine prenatal visit this morning and I'm not dilated at all❗️ 😔 my doc jus told me my cervix is thinning out that's it, my next appointment is next week on Monday., if he's not here no time soon I'll have to get induced 💉💊 which I don't want. It seems like I'm losing more discharge than normal (no mucus plug) and I'm having more pressure down below, no contractions tho. I just thought I would have progressed way more by now 😩 is there anything I can do naturally to speed the process?
