Ob Frustration due to being plus size

I just need to vent. This is my last pregnancy and I decided to find a new OB dr this time around in the hopes of having more say in my pregnancy and prenatal care. I have been seeing the female OB at this practice but since either her or her male counterpart could be the one to deliver the baby, they require you see both. I was fine with that until yesterday. First of all, I could hear his nurses speaking about me loudly right outside my door. His one nurse was training a new employee and she was going through my chart shouting things like "Yea, her BP has been jacked up from the start, ha!" and "Yea, she is only 17 weeks and already asking about tying her tubes, etc". The walls are thin and everyone could hear what was being said. Then the dr and both nurses came in. He introduced himself but the nurses did not. They just stood there talking about my chart and never addressing me. The dr was asking me how my bp meds were working and proceeds to tell me thats "ass backwards" from how it should work. Then he starts to measure baby and talk about setting up anatomy scan. He proceeds to tell me that I need to wait longer than 20w for the ultrasound because they are going to have a hard time scanning baby because of my weight. I have had 2 abdominal scan at 11w and 15w without issue. I tell him this and in regards to my 15w he goes "oh you mean you had 1 of those ultrasound in a box places do it huh. I wouldnt trust it." So I also ask him about how low lying my placenta is based on that 15w ultrasound and he is dismissive saying nothing about it. He finishes up and says ok, leave when yoire ready. I felt pretty defeated and embarassed after having such a good relationship with the female dr. Any advice?
