Death and Pregnancy
A little back story: I was born in Michigan but raised in southern Kentucky. I moved back to Michigan in 2008 and then back to Kentucky in 2010.. Then back to Michigan to live with my boyfriend (and best friend of 6 years at the time) who is my BD.
In the last week, I had a friend of mine who was a day younger than me, that I have known since I was 8... Get hit by a car while walking home and he passed away.
Today, I find out that a close friend's mother passed away from cirrhosis of the liver.. And I've known her since I was 17.
With all of this going on back home (450 miles from here) I'm a mess. 😢
My hormones aren't making this any easier and I hadn't announced that I was pregnant yet... So she died, not knowing. She was like a second mother to me.
I guess I just needed to vent. I'm just.. So overwhelmed right now. 😭
