Tampons will be the death of me
I am 22 years old and I can not use a tampon. I have tried and tried and I can't get it right. It hurts to insert, it hurts to bend over with it in and sometimes even walk. I know this is party because of my Pelvic Floor Dysfunction (PFD) but I feel like less of a woman because of this. I just started my period again today and I ran out of pads in my bag, and I can't use the tampons I have. I just wasted 2 of them trying!
