Swimming on periods
So I have plans with some friends to go swimming on Saturday. But my tracker says in due in 3 days to start my period. I was wondering if I can still swim if I’m on my period because I have herd that you don’t bleed in water. I was wondering if that is true? Or if I have to cancel. And I can’t wear tampons.
