Low Testosterone at age 23?

My boyfriend and I have been together for about 2 and a half years. Recently he's been telling me he feels like his Testosterone levels are lowering & he doesn't want it as much. Has anyone else heard of this or gone through this? I need to know what to do?

Just like most women don't experience hormonal problems until they're older, but it's still definitely possible at a young age. ..same with men. Yes it's young to be experiencing this, but it can definitely still happen.

Could be possible. They usually start dropping by age 30.

Get blood work done.. 
my husband has low testosterone and low fsh- which makes the sperm. In tern these being low resulted in a brain tumor. No other symptoms other than a low sex drive.
