I get dizzy

I dont know what happens to me lately.. my ear gets plugged like im in ocean like when u take a shower n water goes in your ear.. then i get dizzy and i feel my heart is racing and i have to lay down.. like i am almost out of breath.. i am 5 month pregnant and that happened to me about 5 times total
