Can I go to the hospital (ER) so they can oversee my medical abortion there? I’m the only person that knows this is happening and I live alone so I am terrified. I am due to take the misoprostrol today at 4pm.

It is a very safe process. You may have some strong cramping and bleeding for a few hours until you pass the pregnancy. I would not worry so much. You will be ok. I am more concerned that you don’t feel like you have anyone you feel close enough to share what you are going through.
