no bleeding after chemical pregnancy

i had a chemical pregancny that was confirmed by a doctor over a month ago (tests went from positive to negative)and still haven't had a bleed or period. i had all the pregnancy sypmtoms again and tested and it was a bfp and cant see a doctor for another 2 weeks... im super worried has anyone been through this before? ????
