WIC formula 😔😔😔

I was wondering how many cans of formula your baby gets from WIC? My baby is 8 months and only gets 7 and eats way more than that. Well, my husband keeps freaking out arguing with me saying he knows so and so who gets 12 and wanting me to "go off on them" (the ladies at our local WIC office) 😕😕. and I keep trying to tell him that WIC is only "supplemental" and its like ya know.. OUR responsiblity to provide the rest of her formula 😐. Anyways, I've called and asked them if they could give more just to prove a point and they said no. Well, he claims that they are liars and wants me to report them to whoever 😣😂😂 💀💀😒. Anyone?
