Ladies my eyebrows are trash, how can I fix them??

My biggest question I want opinions on is if I go to a person who threads eyebrows will it even be worth my time/money?? Are they fixable or do I just keep dealing with these horrible brows???

I over plucked them in middle school bc a girls kept making fun of how thick they were and they are still sooo thin... almost 10 years later 🤦🏻‍♀️ I’ve been growing in my inner hairs by the nose for seriously over 5 years now and they won’t fill in, HELP A GIRL OUT 🙏🏼
