5 weeks on Friday. I know, barely pregnant. I talked to my OB yesterday and he made a snarky comment when I told him how far I was “the medical term for that is barely pregnant” major eyeroll... but nonetheless, I’M PREGNANT!! My mom was the first to know. She was there when I took the test and I needed a second pair of eyes. She couldn’t keep the secret from my dad so we told him a few days later. His first grandbaby! So now, my hubby and I are both on the fence on if we want to wait to tell our sisters.... I’m not telling the distant family until after 12 weeks obviously, but when is an ok time to tell the close family?
